Newberry Mountain RV Park is a clean and easy on/off park with large and comfortable pull-through spaces that provide modern and well-positioned electrical, water, and sewer hook-ups. Though Interstate traffic and trains can be seen and heard, it remains a nice stopover location in eastern California. There are two ponds on-site that are fed by Springs and offer a picturesque view with ducks swimming around. Though it is not recommended as a swimming or drinking water source, the lakes are enjoyable to observe. The bathrooms and showers could use improvement in their cleanliness. The park is accommodating to guests and makes for a good rest stop between Bakersfield and Flagstaff.

Newberry Mountain RV Park and Motel is a clean, safe park conveniently located between Los Angeles and Las Vegas on Historic Route 66. It offers full RV hook-ups, tent camp sites, and weekly stay villas. The park has full amenities that include two stocked lakes with free fishing, a clubroom, Direct TV hook-ups, Wi-Fi available, full hook-ups with 30 amp and 50 amp outlets, pull through sites that can accommodate up to a 45' RV, telephone, clean restrooms with large showers, and full laundry facilities. The park is located within minutes of historic sites, towns, off-road riding, and shopping.
