While the campground is off the main strip, the entrance can be easy to miss as the sign is not very prominent. The spaces are small and tight, but the park is clean and quiet. The showers and bathrooms are well-maintained and the pool and game room are enjoyable. However, there is a commuter train that runs every 15 minutes next to the property, so it may not be the best fit for those seeking quiet and solitude. Additionally, the front office attitude is not always accommodating, and the weeds on the property can be high. Although the water pressure is good and the cable and WiFi are adequate, the overall property could benefit from more pride of ownership.

Oceanside RV Resort is an age-qualified resort (55+) that offers daily, weekly, and monthly reservations. The resort offers a variety of site types, including glamping tents and tent sites. Pets are welcome free of charge, but exotic animals are not allowed at the resort nor are pets permitted in the Glamping Tents. Complimentary WiFi and cable TV is provided throughout the resort. Guests may access on-site laundry rooms via the CSC mobile app. The resort is not liable for lost packages, and packages that require signature and mail will not be accepted at the office.
