Hat Creek Resort & RV park is a great location for those who love camping. Guests love the proximity to beautiful hiking trails and the creek. Its a fishermans paradise with lots of rainbows being caught on salmon eggs and night crawlers. The sites are spacious, and the bathrooms and showers are very clean. Although there is no one to guide visitors as they arrive, visitors overall experience here has been a positive one. Theres no issue with bears, and the trash cans are all over the place. Guests should expect a lot of dust that will cover their RV. Despite the dust, the location is excellent, and the nights are pretty cool. Visitors recommend bringing bug spray; tiny little annoying black gnats swarm in droves, and its impossible to eat outside without it. The park could use a water truck a couple of times a week to help keep the dirt down. Visitors can buy internet, but it can only be used on personal devices. Overall, Hat Creek Resort & RV park is a great place to fish, hike, and enjoy the outdoors.
