This campground offers plenty of activities for the whole family, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, and lounging around on floatation devices. There are wild donkeys along the road leading to the campgrounds, and boats racing up and down the river around 7:30 am. The campground also features a beach, restaurant, and bar with a pool. However, the facility is dirty, the staff is rude, and the power hookup is a 30 amp that cuts out all day long. There is no cable TV available, and the public washrooms are filthy and cold. Mobile home rentals, full hookup RV services, and tent camping are all available. There are also lots of park models packed in that look ancient.

Echo Lodge Resort is known to be one of the best California RV parks along the Colorado River.
