River Lodge Resort is a large campground located on a big bend of the river, with a mile long beach along one side. It is a great place to visit in the spring, with warm weather, sunshine, and plenty of landscaping for privacy. Tiny homes are available for sale along the shoreline, so camping spots are slowly being devoured. The campground features a 10 hole golf course, boat launch area, lagoons, off-roading, a general store, and a club house. RVers should be aware of the large speed bump on the downside of the office, and that they cannot cross the Parker Dam to get to the resort. Cell phone reception is poor, but the premium WIFI works well for $20 a month. The water coming into the RVs is not of good quality and should not be used for drinking or cooking.

From The Campground

River Lodge Resort is a beautiful 96 acre campground on the Colorado River. It offers full hook-up RV camping, bungalow rentals, and Tiny Home sales. The resort features a 9-hole golf course, RV/boat storage, two boat launches, a clubhouse with gym, and a general store. It is an unpretentious, old school campground with a few modern conveniences like park-wide WIFI and a riverfront yoga studio. The campground has a private mooring lagoon to dock for the afternoon and OHV lovers have miles of nearby trails to explore.
