GenieSummary

Lake Nacimiento Resort is a great place to camp and boat in north San Luis Obispo County. It offers a variety of campsites, some with direct access to the lake, and the staff are helpful in finding the right spot for your group. The lake is huge and great for motor boating, jet skiing, kayaking, and fishing. There is a beach near the marina area campground for kids to play. Unfortunately, the campsites can be quite crowded and noisy, especially during the summer months, and the prices can be quite high. Despite this, the views of the lake are spectacular and the experience of wake boarding at night is unforgettable. If youre looking for a party atmosphere, this is the place to be!

From The Campground
