From The Campground

Basin Gulch Campground is a shady campground located in a thickly wooded area within walking distance of Middle Fork Cottonwood Creek. It is perfect for tents and small trailers 20 feet or shorter. The campground has 13 units and is a great starting point for your adventures into the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. The campground is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and has vault restrooms. There is no water available at the campground. The campground is operated by the South Fork Management Unit, Hayfork Ranger Station.
