Olema Campground in Point Reyes Station, CA has spacious and well-kept grounds with beautiful trees. The laundry room is exceptional and the campgrounds are well-maintained with roads watered down daily to keep the dust down. The dog walking area is fairly large but there are no doggy poop pickup bags provided and some visitors dont clean up after their pets. Shower rooms have no heat and the showers have no hot water making them only moderately clean. Each campsite does not have a sewer connection, but there is a trailer dump station available. The staff is wonderful and flexible, making for a great experience for families. Olema Campground is in walking distance to the visitor center for Pt. Reyes National Seashore and near the village of Pt Reyes Station, making it the best campground in the Bay Area for day trips to scenic locations. The layout of the park is unusual, perhaps old-fashioned, with full hookups but small dusty sites in a loop in front. There are several cul-de-sacs with sites arranged around them that are more spacious and grassy, but have no septic. Overall, the campground is a great location for those who dont require hot showers and full sewer hookups.

Olema Campground is a family-friendly campground located next to the Point Reyes National Seashore in California. Since 1969, the campground has been offering families, friends, and couples a chance to relax in the beautiful natural setting of our campground in an RV or tent. The campground is located next to 65,000 acres of unspoiled park land and wilderness, rife with wildlife and heart-stopping vistas. Visitors can enjoy different outdoor activities like bird watching, hiking, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. Olema Campground offers weekly rates and Good Sam members receive a 10% discount.
