This campground is a great spot for a peaceful getaway. The campsite is large and clean, with fire pits, tables, trees, and even strung lights for a cozy atmosphere. Full hookups, showers, and a dog walk area are available, as well as a club house that is currently undergoing repairs. The owners are friendly and proud of their cable and satellite TV hookups, though some guests have had difficulty getting them to work. Direct access to national forest land is a plus, as well as the nearby small town of Blairsden with its delicious cafes and bakeries. The only downsides are the lack of 50 amp hookups, no WiFi, and no Sprint cell phone reception.
