This campground is located in a not-so-great part of Sacramento, but it is close to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the sites are large and shady. The rates are very affordable, and the campground is equipped with a laundry room and recently planted trees. Unfortunately, the campground can be noisy at night due to motorcycles, loud cars, and fireworks, and homeless people have been known to wander through the park, digging in the dumpsters and stealing items. However, the campground does have a security system in place to check all vehicles entering the park, and the Wi-Fi connection is weak. Despite these drawbacks, this campground is a great option for those looking for a city camping experience.
