Sacramento Shade RV Park is an older park with mature trees providing plenty of shade. It is conveniently located near I-80, Trader Joes, Roseville Galleria Mall, and downtown Sacramento. The park has a large pool, free cable TV and wifi, and pet-friendly sites. However, the entrance is a tight turn and the park is located on a busy street. The graveled and level lots have cement pads, but the roads have tight turns around buildings and brick landscaping walls, making it difficult for larger RVs to maneuver. The park is primarily for full-timers, so there are only a few overnight spots available. The management is unprofessional and the customer service skills are lacking. The manager has a chip on his shoulder and is quick to escalate situations instead of diffusing them. The park is also patrolled by various police agencies, so visitors should be aware of the rules.

The RV park offers spacious RV sites and beautiful landscaping. It is an ideal location for RVers who want to discover the many attractions of Sacramento, the Capital of California and the Crown Jewel of the Central Valley region of the state.
