The office staff is helpful and personable, and they provide assistance to campers as they back up into their sites. The park amenities include two pools, dog parks, and a small store that sells a good variety of different items, including wine. The park expansion is nice, and the full-timers keep their setups organized and well-kept. One downside of the park is the noise from the train and Monterey Highway. However, guests can request sites on the backside to avoid the noise.

The resort offers 70 new premium plus sites with a new clubhouse, pool, spa, bocce, giant dog park, bird estuary, restrooms and showers, laundry, store, putting green, and all the quality services and amenities already established in the luxury RV resort.
