From The Campground

Sage Hill Group Campground is a beautiful camping destination located in Los Padres National Forest. The campground offers 5 group campsites with flat areas, next to the river, and some sites are shady with oak trees. The campground is equipped with tables, group barbecues, firepits, water faucets, flush toilets, and R/V - no hookups. One site has 12 corrals and hitching post for equestrian use, each site holds 25-50 people. The Aliso interpretive trail begins at this campground. Visitors can access the Santa Ynez River and enjoy activities like hiking and equestrian riding nearby on the Aliso Trail. Beautiful wildflowers can be seen along this trail during the spring. The campground is open from January to December and reservations can be made through www.recreation.gov.
