From The Campground
Voyager Rock Camping Area is a first-come, first-served campground located on the east shore of Courtright Reservoir in Sierra National Forest. The campground is accessible only by Off Highway Vehicles and is popular with OHV users. Large Lodgepole pine trees provide shade to the campsites and most sites have lake views. Each site has a table, grill, and bear box. Vault toilets are provided. The nearest services are at Wishon Village, located near Wishon Reservoir approximately 10 miles from the south shore of Courtright Reservoir. Wishon Village offers a store, RV park, and boat rentals. This is a “Pack it in, pack it out” facility. Please take your garbage with you when you leave. This is Bear Country. Please store food properly and don’t feed the bears. Bring mosquito repellent.
