Wishon Village is a family-owned and operated campground nestled in the middle of National Forest land. It has been around for over 50 years and is meticulously maintained by the owners. The campground offers large, wooded sites with plenty of space for two rigs, picnic tables, and fire rings. There are flush toilets and coin operated showers, as well as water spigots and an outdoor sink area for dishes. The nearby lake offers great fishing, and the area is perfect for photography, long quiet rides, and beautiful hikes. The campground also has a well-stocked store, a dog park, and a $3 ice cream social. WiFi is available for a fee, but there is no cell phone or cable service. Music is not allowed, so the park remains peaceful and quiet.

Wishon Village RV Park is a family-owned and operated campground located in the Sierra Nevadas. The campground offers 96 spacious full hook-up RV sites, a cozy cabin rental, two RV rental units, and a tent camping area. Guests can enjoy fishing at Wishon or Courtright Reservoirs, hiking into the John Muir Wilderness, taking a Jeep trail, or just hanging out and enjoying the campfire. The campground features a general store with a gift shop, groceries, and activities, as well as boat rentals and great trout fishing. The staff is friendly, and the nights are quiet. The campground offers WiFi, but there is no cell service, making it the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy some pure and simple mountain time.
