Located in South Lake Tahoe, CA, Tahoe Valley Campground offers a beautiful wooded setting with mature pine trees. The campground is well-maintained and clean, with spacious sites that provide privacy between campers. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful to all guests. Camping at Tahoe Valley offers conveniences such as cell service, and close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions. While the campground is pretty packed, with dirt sites, it doesnt interfere too much with ones camping experience. The laundry room is well-equipped and has several machines, making it convenient to do laundry while on site. The pool, playground, tetherball and bounce house make it a perfect place for families with kids. Some visitors even had close encounters with wildlife such as bears, adding a touch of adventure to an already wonderful experience.
