Susanville RV Park in Susanville, CA is a quiet park located off the main road and feels like you are off the beaten path, but still very close to everything. The majority of the sites are easy to maneuver for experienced drivers, including pull through and back in spots, which were generally level and flat with sufficient room for opening slides. The park is surrounded by grassy areas and quite a few trees, making satellite reception dependent upon your site and dish configuration. The park lost cable TV provider, but they offer 22 OTA channels. There is a designated fenced pet area towards the front of the park, which has several runs with gravel. Waste collection stations for dogs are around the park. While you may face challenges using the laundry facilities and bathrooms, the concrete pads and connections were appropriate located for RVs up to 42 ft with tow vehicles. The park is equipped with full hookups- water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. There was an outside table for each site.
