The park has a maximum continuous stay of 14 days and a maximum annual stay of 28 days per year except for FEMA occupants. The park offers discounts for Good Sam Club and Escapee RV Group members. The park has a number of rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors, including quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and a limit of two dogs/pets per site. The park is conveniently located near local attractions such as Parducci Wine Cellars.
