It is in need of some major updating and maintenance. It was almost like a ghost town when we stayed there, barely any campers around. The park is located next to a freeway and train track, making it very noisy. The sites are asphalt and somewhat level, with grass and picnic tables. We were offered a discount for being AAA members. The bathrooms and showers were not in the best condition. The laundry room was very small and outdated. All the machines were functioning, but it was not the most pleasant experience. The shade is welcome, but it is expensive for the condition of the campground. It is not family friendly due to the $3 extra per child charge. There are interesting people around and electric, water, and septic all work well. There is easy access to I15, but lots of traffic noise. It is not the best place to stay for a long period of time, but it works for a break on a trip.
