Pinto Lake RV Park is a quiet and pleasant campground located on the shore of Pinto Lake. It is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, with full hookups for electrical and sewer drain at the camper site, clean bathrooms and showers, and a friendly staff. There is a large grassy area with a ball field and a picnic shelter, as well as a playground and fishing dock. The lake is great for fishing and there are paddle boats available to rent. There are also fruit and vegetable markets close by, and the campground is a half hour from Monterey and Santa Cruz. The park is open during daylight hours and the gates are locked in the evening, providing a safe and secure environment. The price is right for FHU in the area, but there are no amenities, so it is only really good for a home base while visiting other nearby destinations.

Pinto Lake City Park is a 78-acre lakeside park located in Watsonville, CA. The park offers boating, fishing, picnic areas, a baseball diamond, volleyball court, and an RV Park. Visitors are welcome to bring their own boats, rafts, kayaks, canoes, or inflatable watercraft onto the lake, subject to inspection and launch fees.
