Sydney Gulch RV Campground is a convenient and worn-down campground located right off Highway 299 at the end of Weaverville. The sites are level with gravel base and have full hookups. The campground is advertised as having wi-fi and the manager, Jim, is very helpful. There is a lot of road noise and the bathrooms/showers are locked at night, opening at 7 am. The campground is not suitable for RVs longer than 30-35 ft, and the construction workers leave their trucks sticking out into the road, making it difficult to get out. It is a good option for one night, but its cons outweigh its pros.
