Almond Grove Mobile Home Park

GenieSummary

This campground is an old mobile home park with a few small sites for overnighters. The entrance is immediately to the left after you turn onto 12th, so be sure to watch for it or youll have to go around the block. The pull-through sites are narrow but adequate, and each one has a small grass area out front with a picnic table. The showers and toilets seemed clean, though there was some corrosion and decay. Wi-Fi didnt work and outside tech service may have resolved it, but it would have taken too long to wait on hold. The main issue with this park is the horrendous entrance and exit roads, with a very significant dip that will cause the hitch on the back of a motorhome to scrape. Planks need to be placed in the dip to avoid scraping when exiting. Its a good place for one night, but due to the hassle and worry about potential scrape damage, we would not stay here again.
