What others are saying about this campground
The sites in the back are a bit more secluded and have some nice views. The campground is very close to the Furnace Creek Inn, so you can take advantage of the store to buy some snacks. Its also very close to Zabriskies Point, so you can hop over there for Sunrise very easily. Sunset Campground is a great spot for those looking to explore Death Valley National Park. This large, open gravel lot is centrally located and provides easy access to all of the parks attractions. With no hookups, youll need to bring your own water, but there are clean and tidy restrooms with flush toilets, a water source, and one dump station. You can also take advantage of the nearby amenities at Furnace Creek, including a general store and restaurants, as well as a public Wi-Fi signal (for a fee). Enjoy stunning sunsets, grills, fire rings, tables, and more while you explore the parks wildflowers, scenic drives, and lounging on the porch of the fancy Furnace Creek Inn.
