Yucaipa Regional Park is a beautiful regional park located in Yucaipa, CA. It offers a lot of space for bike riding, walking, and fishing. There are many recreational facilities, including an athletic field and wonderful amenities for water play, picnic areas, and fishing ponds. The FHU sites are a bonus, and there is great spacing between the sites. There are also two faucets at each site which is a nice surprise. The park has a stunning view of the mountains from the north end, and it is close to shopping and restaurants but just far enough away to feel out in the country. The park is usually well kept and clean, and the driveways and sites are asphalt paved and level with concrete patios and firepits. The reservation system is easy to use, and the staff is very helpful. The restrooms and showers are clean and well-maintained, although the stainless steel fixtures give the restrooms an institutional feel. The only negative aspect is that there were a lot of sirens due to the location of the park in SoCal.
