From The Campground
Spruce Grove Campground is located in Grand Mesa Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The campground is situated in a thick grove of spruce trees and offers 16 pull-through campsites that can accommodate large RVs. The campground is at an elevation of 9,900 ft and offers hiking trails nearby. A convenient day trip is to Lands End Observatory, south of the campground on Forest Road #100. Mosquitoes are plentiful and repellent is recommended. The campground has vault toilets and no water available.
