Black Canyon RV Park & Campground offers large, spacious pull-thru RV sites, six fully furnished cabins, a camping cabin, several tent sites, and a large lodge that can accommodate up to 10 people. The laundry facilities and public showers are clean and accessible to all patrons. The campground is located at approximately 7500' in elevation, providing relief from the summer heat. The location is about halfway between Montrose and Gunnison, making it a convenient base for exploring numerous area attractions, including Silver Jack Reservoir, Owl Creek Pass, Blue Mesa Reservoir, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, the Cimarron River, and other streams, rivers, and lakes. The campground is open year-round, and those who hunt or snowmobile will find the location perfect for easy access to nearby public lands and groomed trails.
