Sundance RV Park in Cortez, CO is a small but well-maintained park with friendly and helpful hosts. The park is conveniently located in the middle of town with easy access to basic necessities and is only 9 miles away from the beautiful Mesa Verde National Park. Across the street, there are parks and a visitor center, including a BMX park which is about a mile up the road. The spacious pull-through sites are adequately spread out though some sites might be slightly unlevel. The park is clean and well-maintained overall, and there is good wifi available. The pet area is not enclosed, so pets need to be on a leash at all times. The laundry facilities and bathroom are clean, and the sites are reasonably level with adequate space between sites. The Laundromat is very nice. A stay here is ideal for those who want to explore the nearby attractions, including fishing, hiking the trails, and enjoying the areas beautiful views.

Sundance RV Park is a convenient and comfortable base camp for visitors to Mesa Verde National Park and the Four Corners region. The park features 63 spacious, level sites with full hookups, including 50/30/20 amp service. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, clean restrooms and showers, phone hookups, and a special pet walk. The park is located in downtown Cortez, close to shopping, dining, and numerous RV supplies. Nearby attractions include Mesa Verde National Park, Lowry Pueblo, Hovenweep National Monument, Ute Mountain Tribal Park, Dolores River, McPhee Lake, Conquistador Golf Course, and backcountry trails for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing.
