From The Campground

Storm King Campground is located in Rio Grande National Forest and offers 11 campsites with tables, fireplaces, and vault toilets. The campground is situated at the base of Storm King Mountain and lies in an Aspen glen amidst rolling and rocky hills on the Middle Fork of Carnero Creek. There is no drinking water available here, and firewood is limited. Fishing is found in area streams and mountain biking on forest roads. 4WD forest roads 685 and 684 are nearby.
