GenieSummary

This campground is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located a few miles from the main road, the campground is a winding dirt road away from the town of Cripple Creek. With only 16 campsites, the campground is quiet and private, with trees and bushes between each site. The campground is dog-friendly and has plenty of trails nearby, including Devils Playground and Pikes Peak. There is no running water, but the bathroom is clean and the water pump works. The campsites are reasonably priced and there is a cash drop box near the host site. The views are stunning and the colors in the fall are amazing. There is no cell service, but that just adds to the feeling of being out in the middle of nowhere. It is a great spot for tent camping, RV camping, family camping, or group camping.
