Jellystone Park of Estes Park is a large campground located close to Estes Park, Colorado. It is a great location to stay for those visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer lots of activities for younger children, including a clean pool, playgrounds, mini golf, and a jumping pad that are all in good condition. The camp store is nice, and they offer many daily activities. On the downside, the roads around the campsites are very narrow and winding, which makes it difficult to maneuver around trees while on a steep slope. Most sites are not very level, and a few who camped there noticed that the asphalt was rough and broken. The campground has ranger rules, which prohibit the possession and use of marijuana on private property. However, some guests reported that staff members would often gather in the evenings and late into the night smoking marijuana while racing golf carts up and down a hill, sometimes disturbing nearby campers and other guests. Additionally, some guests reported a sewage smell that seemed to persist throughout their stay.
