Manor RV Park is a full-hook-up campground located in Estes Park, CO. Although it is a no-frills campground, it has a beautiful location with sites located on a frozen river. The entire campground is clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. Laundry facilities are available, and there is a propane refilling station on site. Cable hookups are available at each site. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The roads within the park can be a bit rough, but the speed limit is only 4.5 mph. The sites are a bit tight together, but the water pressure is good, and the 50A service is rock solid, even with a park full of RVs drawing power. The laundry facility is reasonably priced. Elk are known to wander through the campground frequently. It is a little pricey, but its convenient and close to all the attractions in the area. The staff is accommodating, but it may take some time to reach them via phone.
