There are plenty of hiking and biking trails, a day use area, bike park, and a beach that is perfect for paddle boarding. The campground is well maintained and the camp host is very friendly and helpful. Reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, as the campground fills up quickly. Pit toilets and water are available onsite, and nearby stores offer the opportunity to pick up food or rent a bike, paddle board, or tour boat.
From The Campground
Peak One Campground is located on Dillon Reservoir near the town of Frisco, CO in the heart of Summit County. The reservoir is encircled by Swan Mountain and the dramatic Gore and Tenmile mountain ranges. In addition to boating, there is a variety of activities including camping, fishing, picnicking, bicycling, and hiking. The campground offers flush toilets and potable water. Boat inspections are required to prevent the spread of Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS).
