Monument RV Resort in Fruita, CO is a beautifully maintained medium-sized park with both short-term and long-term visitors. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from the Colorado National Monument and close to mountain biking, 4-wheeling, restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions. The staff is super friendly and the service is exceptional. Although the sites are quite close together, they are plenty long and there is good WiFi throughout the park. The whole park is gravel except for the asphalt roads, but it is well-landscaped and very clean. There are some full-time and seasonal residents, but all are neat and tidy and mostly located toward the back of the park. Pets are not allowed on the grassy areas and must be taken to the dog run, but the park is nonetheless extremely pet-friendly. Overall, it is a great place to stop for an overnight or a longer stay while sightseeing, skiing, hunting, or fishing in the area.

From The Campground

We are not only the closest full-service RV Park to Colorado National Monument but also located right across the street from James R. Robb State Park. This state park offers access to the Colorado River, a swim beach, and a fishing lake. When you stay with us, you can leave your car behind and walk to 16 different eating establishments ranging from all the fast food restaurants, Starbucks, an Asian restaurant, and a steakhouse. The Dinosaur Journey Museum – popular among families – is across the street from the park.
