Clear Creek RV Park is a small but clean campground located in Golden, Colorado. It is within walking or biking distance to downtown Golden, and is adjacent to a great walking trail. The campground is patrolled by local police, and is located right on the banks of Clear Creek. The sites are packed in tight and there is little privacy, but the location is excellent. Amenities include a gravel parking pad, a cement patio, an anchored picnic table, a charcoal BBQ, and a 50 amp FHU site. WiFi and cell reception are good, and the campground is close to many shops, eateries, and the Coors Brewery and bottling plant. There is a paved trail running alongside the campground, and visitors and locals alike walk and bike with kayakers often seen in Clear Creek. The campground does not take reservations and is first come, first serve. Bathrooms are kept clean and the city ensures campers privacy by adding security at the entrance to the campground. There are no dog parks within walking distance, but there are stations with doggie bags along the trail and garbage cans for disposing. The RV sites are mostly back-in, and you will need to sharpen your reverse turning skills as there are lots of obstacles.

The RV park is open year-round, equipped with 22 full hook-ups, 11 50-amp electric only, 3 tent campsites, large clean restrooms, showers, laundry facilities and a dump station. Come for quiet seclusion along the banks of Clear Creek, with easy access to downtown via the Clear Creek Trail. The Clear Creek RV park is located just 20 minutes from downtown Denver, with easy access to Central City and Black Hawk.
