While the view is stunning, the RV sites are tight and the surface is mostly dirt, rocks, gravel, and weeds with minimal landscaping. There is also one bathroom and shower in the laundry area. With easy access to the Blue Mesa Reservoir and nearby Gunnison, this campground is the perfect spot for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Blue Mesa Outpost is a camping and cabin rental facility located in Gunnison, Colorado. The campground offers RV and tent camping sites, as well as one-bedroom cabins that can accommodate up to six people. The RV sites are pull-through and offer views of Blue Mesa Reservoir and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. The campground is conveniently located just one mile from boat ramps, providing easy access to some of the best trout and salmon fishing in Colorado.
