Johnsons Corner RV Park is a campground located in the Colorado area that is filled mostly with monthly rentals from the construction & oil industry. The park has power issues (very low voltage on one leg) and low water pressure making showers a bit of a challenge. The park is in a steady decline from over use and poor maintenance and is in need of deep cleaning. The sites are on top of each other, dusty gravel roads, no shade, and are small and narrow, making it difficult to access. The office staff is indifferent at best and the WiFi signal strength is poor. There are amenities such as a swimming pool and miniature golf, but the campground is close to the highway, making it noisy and difficult to sleep. The campground is also close to Rocky Mountain National Park, but the staff is not knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The campground charges extra for credit card use and there is a damage deposit required for all stays. The campground is also close to a feedlot, making the smell unpleasant.

From The Campground
RV Retreat is a long-term RV community with 145 full RV hookups, six sleeping cabins, a heated outdoor pool, a children's playground, laundry facilities, and two fenced pet runs. WiFi is not included but available through cellular companies or Rise Broadband. The campground is close to numerous Colorado attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
