Crooked Creek Dispersed Area is a primitive camping site located in Rio Grande National Forest. It offers camping space for 1 to 4 parties, with 4 rough level dirt pull-outs where trailers and tents can be set up. The site is open year-round but snowed in from December 1 through May 1. There is no fee for camping and the usage is light. The closest town is Creede, CO. There is no water available on site, but a single vault toilet is available across the 520 Road from the sites.
