Lamar Sportsman RV Park and Horse Motel is a 10-acre campground located in Southeast Colorado, just 3 miles west of Lamar on HWY 50. The campground offers ample pull-through spots and full hookups, as well as a refreshing swimming pool, new laundry facilities, and a horse motel that offers 10' X 14' stalls with outdoor runs and a draft horse stall that is 12' X 14'. The campground welcomes all travelers in motorhomes, trailers, and other camping devices, as well as visitors who come for the many historical sites in the area. The owners/hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay nice. The public restrooms are clean, laundry facilities are onsite, and the rates are reasonable. The campground is peaceful, quiet, and feels like home. Highly recommended!
