The Limon KOA Journey in Limon, CO is a great place to stop for a night. It offers clean and well-maintained facilities, including bathrooms with nice showers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. However, it is located close to the highway, so guests should expect some noise. Some visitors have noted that the slats in the beds can be a bit uneven, but they were able to adjust them to have a comfortable nights sleep. Unfortunately, there have been some complaints about dog poop in the dog park and campsites, so guests with pets need to be mindful. There is also a need for more hooks for coats in the restrooms. Overall, guests have found the Limon KOA to be a nice and accommodating campground, and some have even made it their go-to spot when traveling in that direction.
