This RV park is located in a convenient location for access to the Rocky Mountains and Loveland. It is a small park with close together sites, however, each site comes with a concrete pad and picnic table. The bathrooms and showers are small but usable. Unfortunately, the park is in a state of disrepair with dusty or muddy grounds, flooded areas, and dead trees that fall or hang above the campers. The potholes are horrendous and the internet is unreliable. The staff is friendly but the hours are limited. The wifi is fast but the spaces are tight and it can be difficult to maneuver a big rig in the park. The hosts are friendly and helpful but the park is not ideal for overnighters or those staying for a week.
