Mancos State Park provides a unique and cozy camping experience with yurt reservations required year-round. The park offers a dump station for waste disposal and locally harvested firewood for sale. Winter camping is available with fun activities such as ice fishing, cross country skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing. The park is centrally located to make a good base for daily outings to Mesa Verde, Durango, and the nearby San Juan National Forest.
