What others are saying about this campground
Mesa Verde RV Resort is a cleanly and well-maintained campground located just half a mile outside of Mesa Verde National Park. The staff is friendly, and a person helped us to our site. The campsites are well-maintained and spaced nicely on gravel. The premium pull-thru sites are level and have staggered heights, which gives a relaxing view of the countryside. The older sites layout can be a bit confusing, with some pull-thru sites appearing to be roads. Hookups are reliable, with short runs between the coach and sites. The bathrooms, hot showers, and laundry facilities are nice and well-maintained. The pool was closed for the season during our stay, but two hot tubs were open, although we didnt see anyone using them. AT&Ts cell service was almost non-existent, and the Wi-Fi became slow in the evening when more people were on it. There is a slight sewer smell when the wind is blowing because the sewer treatment site is close to the campground, but it was manageable. Overall, Mesa Verde RV Resort is a lovely, quiet campground with friendly staff, and it is an excellent location for visiting Mesa Verde National Park.
