It is a great location for visiting Mesa Verde National Park, Durango, and the 4 Corners area. The campground is well maintained, with level gravel sites, paved roads, and some sites backing up to a rushing creek. The park is conveniently located within walking distance of Mancos, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The park also offers a clubhouse with a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a great view of the surrounding area. There is no off leash dog park, but there is plenty of space to walk your dog in the surrounding areas. The price is reasonable and includes taxes.
