Four J Campground is a family owned RV park located in the historic town of Ouray, Colorado. It is conveniently located just blocks away from the main street, offering easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. The campground is situated in a picturesque box canyon, with a river running along the property and towering mountains surrounding the area. The sites are close together and mostly gravel, but level and well laid out. Each site has a barbecue grill and picnic table, and there are coin operated laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, and free showers. The campground also offers a playground and access to the perimeter trail. The only downside is that there is no camp store or fire ring, and the Uncompahgre River is more like a canal. However, the friendly staff, great views, and close proximity to downtown make this an ideal spot for anyone looking to explore the area.
