There are no trees, no picnic tables and the sites are gravel. There is no cable or satellite but the wifi worked ok. The water pressure was low but the water was soft. This campground is a great option for those looking for a no-frills place to stay in the Pagosa Springs area. It is open year-round and offers full hookup sites with electricity, water, and sewer. The water pressure can be low during peak times, but there is an on-board water pump to supplement. WiFi is available but can be slow, and cell service is on extended network. The campground is conveniently located 8 miles from Pagosa Springs and has a great monthly rate, including electricity. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms and showers are clean. There is no cable or satellite, but the campground offers a Passport America rate of $12 a night. There is road noise, but the campground is close to hiking trails and the mineral baths. Pets are welcome.
