Mountain Landing Suites & RV Park in Pagosa Springs is a well-maintained, mostly shaded RV park close to the downtown area. Most of the sites are huge with lots of mature trees, providing more privacy compared to other RV parks. The bathrooms are clean and the restrooms are well-kept. The park is quiet and off US 160, so there is very little road noise. Some of the sites are full hookup while several sites on the outside of the loop have no sewer connection. While the prices for a week-long stay are strange and not much cheaper than daily rates, the park has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay with friendly staff. However, some guests have reported issues with levelling the RV on the sites and that the staff were not upfront about the shade offered by some sites. Despite this, visitors generally enjoy their stay and would recommend it to others.

Conveniently located for all of your recreational needs, local shopping and dining. Our clean hotel suites are well maintained and stocked with all the comforts of home. Mountain Landing is surrounded by pines and wildflowers. You can breathe in the fresh mountain air without being far from all the local activities. For guests staying in our hotel suites, come play with your kids on our playground, cook your fresh catch on our BBQs, shoot some hoops, or pitch horseshoes. Suite guests may also relax in our swim spa or play in the game room. In addition to our beautiful hotel suites, Mountain Landing has a spacious RV park with ample room between spaces to give that ‘in the mountains’ feeling. There are 36 full hookup sites, all with 30/50 amps, two bath-houses, a covered pavilion with tables, and a laundry facility available.
