Kelsey Campground is a beautiful camping spot located in Pike-San Isabel National Forests & Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands. The area is accessible and has a fee charged for some activities. Dogs must be leashed at all times, and camping is not allowed behind a locked gate. Bears frequent the area, and a bear closure order is in place.
