The owner, Duane, is described as a crook, as he was intoxicated and yelling late at night. The park is divided in two parts with big, level pull-through sites, but some of them have tire ruts and the sewer connection is uphill from the pad. The park can be dusty and windy, and there are some loose dogs. There are also horse events periodically. All in all, it is a no-frills, quiet location.
