From The Campground

Chambers Lake Campground is located approximately 60 miles northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado and situated in a mountainous, lodgepole pine forest. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate and picnic table. All campsites with a tent pad have a bear locker. Additional facilities provided include a playground area and a boat ramp. Popular activities include fishing and boating on Chambers Lake or other near by lakes and streams, hiking, scenic driving, four-wheel driving, and wildlife viewing. The campground has 44 RV sites and 7 walk-in sites for tents only. Drinking water is usually available through late September. Vault toilets are available. Reservations are accepted at most campsites. Sites can be reserved as early as 180 days in advance up to a minimum of four days prior to arrival. Fees are discounted 25% when water is off. Interagency Senior, Interagency Access, Golden Age and Golden Access passes provide cardholders half price for basic campground fees. Campsite fee includes use of the adjacent day-use fee area.
