Pa-Co-Chu-Puk Campground is a great spot for exploring the Ridgway area of Colorado. With views of the Uncompahgre River and the Ridgway Reservoir, this campground offers a variety of activities for visitors. The sites are spacious and mostly grassy, with some offering lake views. Most sites come with a picnic table, fire ring, and shared water. There are also full hookups available at the Pa-Co-Chu-Puk campground. The campground is conveniently located close to downtown Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, and Montrose. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as great restaurants and shops. The campground also has a visitor center with information about the area, a laundromat, and clean bathrooms and showers. Unfortunately, the sites are not very level, and there is an abundance of mice in the area. Cell service is good with most carriers, but there is no waterview from any of the sites. The campground is also close to Highway 550, so there is some road noise.
